Description
The A81M is the perfect entry-level telescope for demanding beginner observers. It is transportable, lightweight and easy to use. The A81M is an achromatic refractor with 81 mm objective lenses. It has a focal length of 910 mm with an aperture ratio of 1:11.2. The long aperture ratio produces pure-colored, high-contrast images for an achromat.
It is 134x more light-sensitive than the human eye and offers a completely new perspective of the night sky. With this telescope, you can obtain impressive views of the moon, planets and bright deep-sky objects. Weighing less than 3 kg and at less than 1 meter long, the telescope is quick to assemble. It is also very portable and easy to use, including for children.
The telescope is built according to stringent Japanese quality standards and high-quality workmanship. The large focuser, which is also used on our large SD refractors, allows you to attach heavy cameras without the telescope moving. The telescope also comes with a folding mirror for making observations in unfavorable conditions, as well as a T2 thread for connecting a DSLR camera.
